How To Get A Great Workout At Home Without Gym Equipment

Continuing our how to get a great workout at home series without gym equipment we have a circuit of 6 exercises.
4 sets, 30 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest.
Hollow Body Rocker – with core tension, rock back and forth, and maintain lower back contact with the floor.
Hamstring Curls – use towels as a substitute for sliders drive your heels towards your butt, keep butt from touching the floor, and squeeze hamstrings and glutes at the top of the movement.
Push-up w/Shoulder Tap – tap shoulder with opposite side hand at the top of the movement, keep full body tension throughout, a regression would be from your knees instead of toes.
Bent Over Row – place feet shoulder width apart, slight bend in knees, maintain a flat back, use a backpack or something weighted to substitute for dumbbells, and at the top of the movement pause for 2 to 3 seconds.
Knee Tucks – from a push-up position using towels as a substitute for sliders, bring your knees to a 90 degree angle inline with your waist, with the core engaged throughout.
Jump Lunges – be explosive, place feet shoulder width apart, core engaged, chest up, hips squared, jump up switching lunge positions landing under control, a regression would be to hop instead of jumping.
