Private Training Session

  • A private one-on-one 60-minute session
  • You will have an initial conversation via the best communication platform or in-person to discuss your fitness journey.
  • You will get a customized exercise program that will efficiently and effectively help you meet your fitness goals.
    • Programs will have plenty of variety; this may include, but are not limited to machines, free weights, bodyweight exercises, bands, medicine balls, and cardio making each workout exciting and fun
  • The benefits of personalized coaching and guidance to keep you on your fitness path with a qualified, nationally certified personal trainer
  • Guidance and recommendations on proper nutrition
  • Unlimited weekday adult fitness classes, with an additional fee
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age
